Advanced Gas Analysis

Bring a True Science into Your Fingertips

Mass Spectrometer; Advanced Gas Analysis System provides a real-time wide spectrum of organic and inorganic gas analysis, formational inclusions in-situ interpretation, better understanding of fluid typing, and geochemical profiling of Hydrocarbon bearing zones. The mass spectrometer can analyze C1 to C10 hydrocarbons; BTX compounds; and inorganics, including N2, O2, H2O, CO2, Ar, He, H2, SO2, and Acetic Acid in 61 second cycle lifetime. The analysis technique is based on detecting the mass/ charge (m/z) of every gas species passed through a heated Quartz Inlet Capillary (QIC) and filtered using a 1 – 300 m/z mass filter quadrupole from Hiden Analytical.
